Refund policy
Returns
For items other than skincare, we accept returns if notified within 15 days of receipt. For skincare items, we do not accept returns for "Buyers Remorse." If we mistakenly send you the wrong product or a product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery date. For packages lost in transit, please submit claims no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Returns must be authorized in advance by Lyra's Goods, LLC - please email us at info@lyrasgoods.com and we will respond to you within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and/or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@lyrasgoods.com.
